Duplex Renovation

This mid-1990s duplex, featuring 250m2 of living space, underwent a comprehensive exterior and interior renovation to enhance its modern appeal. We revitalized the façade by repainting the walls and windows in contemporary colors, creating a fresh and inviting look.

Originally, the small kitchen was a problem zone, limiting the flow and functionality of the common areas. We transformed it into a stunning open-plan space, complete with luxurious granite worktops that seamlessly blend style and functionality. This change not only elevated the kitchen but also significantly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the common area, making it a valuable focal point of the home.

The continuity of high-end granite flooring throughout the residence adds an elegant touch, reinforcing the sense of luxury and spaciousness.
